Rachelle serves on the board for UR More, a non-profit ministry that provides life-changing events and resources for young women as well as women in leadership. She partners with Jennifer Strickland, the President of UR More by not only showing women their value, identity and purpose, but showing them that when they realize they are made in the image of God, it leads them to finding their ultimate destiny as they show HIS glory to all those around them.
