Rachelle’s story
Rachelle Fletcher is a Christian recording artist, worship leader, speaker, and author who helps people discover who they are in Christ and use their voice to advance His Kingdom. She is co-founder and Executive Director of The Goodness Project, a nonprofit founded in 2002 that serves families in crisis across six locations in the U.S., Canada, and the Dominican Republic through disaster relief, community outreach, and corporate partnerships.
A fierce advocate for the pre-born, Rachelle served at Human Coalition, one of the largest pro-life organizations in the country, where she raised millions of dollars to serve women facing unplanned pregnancies. She is also the founder of The Gathering, a worship experience for women created to help them encounter the presence of God, discover their voice, use their voice for His Kingdom, and make a generational impact. Rachelle also serves on the board of U R More, a ministry that creates resources to teach women their identity in Christ.
Her album releases include Raise Praise and Breakthrough. Her recent singles include “Water in My Desert,” “Breathe Again” (co-written with her daughter, Bri Fletcher), and “Let Love Win” (co-written with Dove Award winner Babbie Mason and Bri Fletcher). Her first book, A Voice for the Kingdom, will be published by Behold Books in 2027. She and her husband, Bill, live in Nashville with their family.
