Get to Know Rachelle

Rachelle Fletcher is a wife, mother, worship leader and Kingdom builder. The role that defines her best is a servant of Jesus; it is because of His hand upon her life that she is a voice to the voiceless and helps God’s people rise to their kingdom destiny.

Rachelle and her husband Bill have pioneered and pastored churches for over twenty years. Together they founded one of the largest food banks in the Fort Worth area. In 2000, they launched the Goodness Project, which gives away over 10 million dollars in resources to the poor and needy every year. Today, the Goodness Project collaborates with large-scale organizations to provide disaster relief and strategic resources for ongoing support in order to restore and rebuild devastated cities.

As a Christian recording artist, Rachelle has partnered with highly acclaimed producers fore her CDs “Breakthrough” and “Raise Praise,” which lead us to the throne for comfort in our darkest hours. Her latest single, “Water in my Desert” takes her listeners on a journey through the desert to the living waters of Christ.

As a fierce warrior for the cause of the pre-born, Rachelle served as Senior Director of Development for Human Coalition, one of the largest pro-life organizations in the country. Working tirelessly for four years, she helped establish their DFW clinic, raising millions of dollars to serve abortion-determined women and their families.

Currently, Rachelle serves on the Board of Directors of U R More, a ministry that provides resources, events, and training that help women rise to their identity in Christ. On a monthly basis, Rachelle spearheads Prayer & Praise Gatherings with her husband and best friend of 32 years, Bill. They reside in Fort Worth, Texas.
